Acceptance of Terms
By entering NĀVU Project's premises or engaging with its services, including dining, reservations, events, or any related offerings, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Guests confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms, which constitute a binding agreement between the guest and NĀVU Project. NĀVU Project reserves the right to amend these terms at its sole discretion, and the updated terms will be effective upon publication on its website or premises. Continued engagement with NĀVU Project’s services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
Terms of Use
The use of NĀVU Project’s facilities, services, and any associated digital platforms, including but not limited to online reservations, menu access, or social media interactions, is governed by these Terms and Conditions. Guests are expected to use all services responsibly and ethically, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized activities, such as misuse of property, dissemination of offensive content, or disruption of operations, may lead to necessary actions, including discontinuation of services. NĀVU Project reserves the right to seek appropriate remedies to ensure the safety and well-being of all parties involved.
Reservation Policy
All guests wishing to dine at NĀVU Project are required to make prior reservations. We do not accommodate walk-in guests unless otherwise explicitly notified through our official channels, such as our website or social media platforms, on specific dates or occasions. For dinner service, reservations are available exclusively in two time slots: 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Additionally, a cover charge of Rs 800 + taxes per person will apply. This charge is fully redeemable against the final bill, excluding taxes. Please note that the cover charge will be deducted from the total amount due, ensuring its application toward the dining experience provided.
For reservations of up to five (5) people, guests are required to book online via our official reservation portal at www.NĀVU.in/reserve. Reservations for groups larger than five (5) people must be arranged directly by contacting NĀVU Project at +91 72040 85053 via WhatsApp only. Please note that we do not encourage WhatsApp/Instagram inquiries for reservations of five or fewer guests. These two methods of booking—online reservations and WhatsApp for larger groups—are the only available options for securing a table at NĀVU Project.
Reservations are subject to confirmation, and should a guest fail to arrive within the designated grace period of 20 minutes, NĀVU Project reserves the right to reallocate the table to other waiting guests without prior notice.
Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
Conduct and Behaviour: Guests are expected to maintain decorum and behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons. Any behaviour deemed disruptive, abusive, or violent may result in removal from the premises and potential legal action if deemed necessary.
Damage to Property: Any damage caused to NĀVU Project’s property, including furniture, fixtures, or decor, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the financial responsibility of the individual(s) responsible. Repair or replacement costs will be assessed and billed accordingly.
Theft Policy: NĀVU Project maintains a strict policy against theft of any kind. Guests are expected to respect the property and belongings of the restaurant at all times. Any act of theft, irrespective of its value, will result in immediate action, including, but not limited to, legal recourse or reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities.
NĀVU Project also emphasizes that it does not assume liability for the loss, theft, or misplacement of personal belongings brought onto the premises by guests. Patrons are advised to remain vigilant and safeguard their belongings at all times. For misplaced items, NĀVU Project will make reasonable efforts to assist guests in locating them; however, ultimate responsibility lies with the individual.
Restricted Activities: Solicitation, distribution of materials, unauthorized photography or videography for commercial purposes, or conducting business meetings without prior approval is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Photography and Media Usage: NĀVU Project allows casual photography for personal use but prohibits the use of professional cameras, drones, or any media equipment without prior consent. Unauthorized use of such devices will result in confiscation and/or ejection from the premises.
Compliance with Local Laws: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including those regarding noise levels, alcohol consumption, and public decency. NĀVU Project reserves the right to deny service to individuals found in violation of these laws. For the comfort of all guests, music, celebrations, and gatherings must adhere to acceptable noise levels as per local regulations.
Health, Hygiene and Safety
Food and Allergy Disclaimer: While NĀVU Project makes every effort to accommodate dietary preferences, some requests may not be feasible due to ingredient availability, preparation methods, or operational constraints. Ultimate responsibility lies with the guest to inform the staff of specific allergies or dietary requirements. Health and Hygiene Policy: Guests exhibiting symptoms of contagious illnesses are requested to refrain from visiting to ensure the safety and well-being of others. NĀVU Project reserves the right to limit, suspend or withhold service in such cases in the furtherance of Health Guidelines and Public Safety.
Emergency and Safety: In case of emergencies, guests are required to follow the instructions provided by NĀVU Project staff or security personnel. Any injuries or incidents arising from a failure to comply with evacuation protocols will not be the responsibility of NĀVU Project.
Fire Safety and Emergency Response: Guests must comply with fire safety regulations, including following evacuation instructions during emergencies. Any deliberate tampering with fire safety equipment will result in immediate removal and legal consequences.
Food and Service Policies
Food Takeaway Disclaimer: Guests opting to take leftover food assume all risks associated with its storage and consumption. NĀVU Project shall not be held responsible for health issues arising from the mishandling or improper refrigeration of food after it leaves the premises.
Self-Service and Buffet Etiquette: For buffet or self-service arrangements, guests are encouraged to use the designated utensils and stations with care, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all. To maintain a smooth and efficient service, guests are kindly requested to take portions suited to their needs. If additional charges are incurred, these will be communicated clearly.
Alcohol Policy
NĀVU Project does not serve alcohol on the premises. Guests are kindly requested to refrain from bringing their own alcoholic beverages. NĀVU Project reserves the right to set and establish specific terms and conditions related to this policy, and any such terms will be communicated as deemed appropriate.
Liability and Disclaimers
Responsibility for Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings, including wallets, phones, and bags, during their visit. NĀVU Project disclaims liability for the loss, theft, or damage to personal items within the premises, including coat-check areas.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while on the premises. NĀVU Project assumes no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of items left unattended in dining areas, restrooms, or other public spaces. Found items will be securely held for up to 30 days, after which unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of.
Parking Policy: Limited parking options on the street are available near NĀVU Project on a first-come, first-served basis. While we strive to accommodate guests, the availability of parking is not guaranteed. NĀVU Project does not assume responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left in the parking area. Use of parking facilities, including valet services, is at the customer’s sole risk. NĀVU Project is not responsible for damage to or loss of vehicles or personal belongings left within them.
Third Party Liability: NĀVU Project may collaborate with third-party vendors for certain services (e.g., valet, event management, or catering). The restaurant disclaims liability for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from the services provided by these third parties. Guests are advised to review the respective third-party service providers’ terms, conditions, policies, and disclaimers for comprehensive details regarding their specific services.
Special Facilities and Events
Pet Policy: NĀVU Project does not permit pets on the premises. However, on a non-precedent basis, exceptions may be made for certified service animals, in accordance with local regulations and subject to prior consent from the management. We kindly request that guests refrain from bringing pets into the restaurant to ensure the comfort and safety of all patrons. Any violation of this policy may result in refusal of entry or removal from the premises.
Event Booking: Reservations for private dining rooms or event spaces are subject to specific terms, including deposits, cancellation policies, and guest limits. Details will be communicated during the booking process, and non-compliance may result in forfeiture of deposits Changes or cancellations within 48 hours of the event may incur additional charges. Seasonal and Pop-Up Events: The restaurant may host seasonal events, theme nights, or pop-ups. Specific terms, such as dress codes, reservation requirements, or event fees, will apply and be communicated during promotions. By attending these events, guests consent to any associated terms.
Technology and Digital Services
Surveillance and Security: NĀVU Project employs surveillance cameras for safety and security purposes. By entering the premises, guests consent to being recorded. Recordings are maintained as per internal policies and may be shared with authorities if required.
Digital Dining: NĀVU Project may offer interactive digital menus, virtual food pairing guides, or augmented reality experiences to enhance your dining journey. By engaging with our technology, you agree to use it responsibly and refrain from any misuse that could disrupt the service for others.
Additional Disclaimers:
Accidental Injuries: While NĀVU Project ensures a safe dining environment, the restaurant cannot be held liable for injuries caused by negligence on the part of guests, such as slipping due to spilled drinks or mishandling cutlery and other tableware.
Policy on External Food and Beverages: Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages into NĀVU Project. Exceptions may be made for special dietary requirements, subject to prior approval by the management.
Disputes Regarding Billing: In case of billing disputes, guests are required to bring the matter to the attention of the management before leaving the premises. Once a guest exits, all bills are considered settled and final.
Group Bookings and Shared Bills: For group bookings, NĀVU Project is not liable for disputes among guests regarding shared bills. It is the group's responsibility to manage their internal payments and apportionments. For group bookings, the individual making the reservation is considered the main contact and assumes liability for the group’s behaviour, damages, and adherence to the restaurant’s policies.
Weather-Related Disruptions: NĀVU Project shall not be held liable for any disruptions or inconveniences caused by adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, high winds, or other unforeseen weather events. In such instances, the availability of seating, reservations, and menu items, including produce and ingredients, may be affected. While management will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate guests, these factors may lead to changes in availability or service.
Children’s Supervision:Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times. NĀVU Project is not liable for injuries or accidents involving unsupervised minors within the premises. Any damage caused to restaurant property by a guest or their children will result in charges as determined by NĀVU Project to repair or replace the item(s).
Smoking and Designated Areas: Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-designated areas, in compliance with local laws. Guests found violating this policy may be fined or asked to leave. E-cigarettes and vaping devices are subject to the same rules. Guests are required to use these designated areas responsibly, ensuring that no fire hazards are introduced. Any misuse of smoking areas, such as improper disposal of cigarette butts or any action that could jeopardize the safety of the premises, will result in immediate removal from the premises. In the event of damage to property or equipment caused by smoking-related incidents, guests will be held liable and financially responsible for the damages, costs of repair and replacement as determined by NĀVU Project.
Third-Party Collaborations: NĀVU Project may collaborate with delivery or reservation platforms. Guests are advised to familiarize themselves with the terms of these platforms, as NĀVU is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.
Dispute Resolution and Legal Recourse
Any disputes, differences, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue for such arbitration shall be Bangalore, Karnataka, and the arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on all parties involved.
