Allergen and Dietary Requirement Disclaimer:
NĀVU Project is committed to providing an enjoyable and safe dining experience for all our guests. While we strive to accommodate dietary requirements and allergen-related requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to the nature of our kitchen operations. While we take reasonable precautions, NĀVU Project does not assume liability for adverse reactions resulting from allergens or dietary sensitivities. Guests are advised to make informed decisions based on their personal needs and risk assessments.
Use of Specialty Ingredients:
Certain dishes at NĀVU Project may incorporate wine, alcohol, or other specialty ingredients during the cooking process to enhance flavour profiles and create unique culinary experiences. While many of these ingredients are reduced during preparation, trace amounts may remain. Guests who are pregnant, nursing, or have other health-related concerns, as well as those who wish to avoid such ingredients for personal reasons, are strongly encouraged to notify our staff in advance of placing their order. NĀVU Project will make every effort to provide alternative recommendations, but the responsibility to communicate such preferences rests with the guest.
